Our Menu system comes complete with 4 week cycle menus (liberalized geriatric diets, therapeutic diets and select menus), recipes (regular recipes, pureed recipes and recipe links), raw food formulary (ingredient only order guide specific to the menu set), nutritional analysis, ppd sheets, etc.
The menu system allows for changes to be made using a drop down box and spread automatically through the different diet columns. The raw food formulary is designed with the facility’s food supplier to assure that only high quality/low cost foods are purchased.
Utilizing this system will help improve quality and tray appearance while reducing costs.
